Members can now reset their username and password from the app. Once prompted to “Recover Credentials,”
- Input Phone Number
- Input Login ID
- Tap on ‘Send me a new password’
Please note: this feature is supported on any Android device that has a physical fingerprint scanner and running Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating System. You must opt-in to enable Fingerprint ID on their supported Android devices. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to enable the feature.
If the Member has not registered their fingerprints on the Android device, the App will prompt you to register their fingerprints first.
Supported for Members that have an iPad Air 2 or an iPad Mini 4 and are upgraded to iOS 9.
Available for iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. By firmly pressing the App icon, you can “Peek and Pop,” to access more information on your accounts. Here are 3 easy ways:
- By firmly press the App icon, you can see “quick actions” and the app will open and land on the login page. After logging in, the end user will then be immediately taken to the feature they selected. Some features include transactions, transfers, bill pay and more!
- Peek and Pop on Accounts: Pressing firmly on the Accounts to give a view of transactions without having to leave the account page. (see image)
- Peek and Pop on GO-Deposit History: Pressing firmly on Check Deposit allows you to peek into the history of deposited checks. (see image)
